Caring for your garment
We recommend the following guidelines for fabric care to ensure long lasting compression and comfort of your garment :
- Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent
- Cold water rinse and hang dry
- Do not machine wash
- Do not machine dry
- Do not use bleach
- Remove stains by rubbing baking soda, an environmentally friendly compound, on the affected area(s)
- Baking soda can also be used as an alternative to detergent

I recently had combined Breast Reduction and Brachioplasty and spent a lot of money on may different types of Arm Compression garments. Clear Point Medical's #737 was hands down the BEST.
Key features which make it so good are the adjustable chest & shoulder area (adjustable front & back) and the high quality 4 Way Stretch Fabric.
Other brands did not fit me properly because I have broad shoulder frame yet slim arms.Clear Point Medical's great design meant that I could custom adjust to the exact measurements I needed while still providing the accurate compression on my arms as they recover from the surgery.
Armpits are sensitive after Brachioplasty regardless, but I found that if I made sure the top of my Bra edge met the edge of the Arm Sleeve garment at the armpit... then it was quite comfortable.
On top of being the Best Design for compression arm sleeves that I found, the price was also less than other comparable styles from other companies. I highly recommend this product. Customer Service of this company is also excellent.
I am 7 days post op from arm/upper chest and upper abdomen surgery. I woke up with this garment on my arms. It is extremely high quality, and very fortunate my surgeon purchased this product. I've been searching online for other products to rotate as I recover, but this arm compression sleeve is superior. Kudos!
The material is much more comfortable than the other garment I have. The back does come up quite high which is a bit more difficult to hide, but worth it for the comfort.
