What is your exchange policy?
We stand behind the materials and workmanship used in the manufacturing of our products.
Approved returns are eligible for exchange only. Eligible exchange items are limited to the same style product, or a product of equal value.
ClearPoint Medical is not responsible for return shipping; we recommend selecting a carrier with delivery and tracking confirmation capabilities.
To initiate a product exchange, contact Customer Care 1-866-694-7799 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your order to obtain a Exchange Authorization (EA). Returned items will not be accepted nor exchanged after this 10 day period.
Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Items returned without an EA will not be accepted
- If you purchased ClearPoint Medical products from a third party vendor such as a surgery center, website or distributor, you must contact that vendor to verify its return protocol
- Products will be inspected prior to acceptance for exchange. Items that are used or damaged will be refused.
- Limit 1 exchange per order
In order to avoid purchasing incorrectly sized garments, we strongly suggest that you consult the relevant sizing chart(s) on our website. In addition, our sales and customer care team will be pleased to assist you with product and sizing questions and selection.
